You actually have to have logs, proof, a trace set up etc.. I've been down this road before with GFY idiots who've threatened my family, crank phone calls, death threat IM's, placed bulk online orders and tried sending them to my office, DDoS and Joe Job attacks, among other things.

If you are going the legal route, it takes more than a GFY post and a single phone call.
