It depends on what was said, how many times he was called, etc. Like I said, I've sent the police over to talk with people twice for something similar.
One was a hyper-religious couple whose teenage son got caught on one of my sites and they insisted I keep their kid off my site. When I suggested it was not my responsibility to raise their child for them they went nuts and started making threats, calling my phone at all hours and sending an endless stream of emails. Dallas TX police went and talked to them in person.
The other was some douchebag in Lincoln, NE who called and threatened to shoot me over a $300 project he never paid me for. Again, the police were more than happy to go talk to him. He actually got arrested for an old traffic warrant while the cops were there.
None of this matters if he's in some other country though.
