The only connection between the two is the word "insurance" in the names

Federal Government cannot compel you to buy auto insurance, it's the
States that require it not the
Federal Government.
The
Federal Government is trying to compel you to buy health insurance, not the
States
And not all
States even require auto insurance, I believe you don't need auto insurance in New Hampshire for example.
