The only way to make money with the spanish market is using dialers or SMS to enter. IT works great with spanish surfers.
If you plan to push a credit card signup stuff, good luck but I never got one single credit card signup from a Spanish surfer, and I used to have lots of them before I redirected all my spanish traffic to a dialer and got rid of them and made some nice money 
The spanish surfer is mainly a FREELOADER.
The only one that are not freeloaders and are likely to pay are gay and lesbian surfers.

First you say you can make money with dialers and sms, it works

your mind before you speak
Dialers are indeed popular in Spain they are doing VERY well.
1 of the reasons which is also the reason why you won't see
much CC signups from Spain is simply because because Spanish
CC numbers don't get through the scrubbing used by the processors.
On some Spain is on the blocklist in other occasions
banks don't support CVC2/CVV codes.
Dialers in Spain are regulated by law. Not any idiot can just start
a dialer company. Rates are fixed, max hold times and lots of
more rules are in place to protect the surfer.....but ALSO to
protect the business.
In october this year the rules will become even tighter making it
nearly impossible to conduct fraudulant business.
Dialers are already popular here for years. If the users REALLY
would get scammed the dialer business would have been dead
by now.
I cannot understand yet why not more programs are geotargeting
their traffic. Afterall program owners you are PAYING your affiliates
for traffic.....but yet most of you only use the english traffic. Which
means you are wasting POTENTIAL buyers.....from traffic you
ALREADY have paid for.
