Nice offer, but if you write your advertisement, it would take you less than 7 days wwork to post to all those sites, plus they cover a wide variety of ad types as I know gumtree is recruitment as I have used them myself, some of them also look like item advertising sites ...
What kind of service are you offering? as the sites are not covering the same genre and so it would mean that yes the ad was posted but would it really reach the audience you want it to for the amount of cover it is getting?
I think £100.00 to post yes that may cover the time it takes, but for the cost, you would be probably better doing ti yourself and paying the bumping up fees if you think it would be worth it.
