And last year on “Juneteenth” of 2009, similar incidents occurred. A mob of young black youth again terrorized the public. One man was pulled from his car then assaulted, while another man was shot in the shoulder.
While it’s obvious this violence is race related thus making it a hate-crime, prosecutors are reluctant to label it as such for fear of massive backlash from the African-American community. The facts however speak for themselves. We have roving bands of African-American youths terrorizing white citizens of Milwaukee.These constitute as a hate-crimes.
