Create a website that offers some money...let's say $1000 to lazy idiots who want to sell potentially great business ideas. Then take those ideas, bring them to fruition and not be required to pay any more to the person with the idea.

The only caveat I see is finding people who meet the following criteria:
1. Actually have a good idea.
2. Are stupid enough to sell that idea for a measly $1000.
3. Are too lazy to act on the idea themselves.

Anyway, how does my idea sound?
