Actually i do submissions in parts.. Like 20-30-50 and 50-50 So, the whole submission get completed in 24-48 hours. Also These links include a set of link dump sites + directories + social bookmarking. So, Its safe in respect to google.
In link dumps links show up in the front page and gradually goes down and then to back pages. Some link dump websites also take time in publishing the submitted link.
Directories also take some time to approve the links.
Social bookmarking websites instantly approve the link and links show up with definite keyword or user profile.
