Because you have nothing better to do. Unfortunately right now, neither do I. I just had 20 minutes of my life wasted by a GFY'er who will remain unnamed and contacted me about starting up a completely new completely unique type of site that would make us millions. I had nothing better to do so I listened, and the person described to me word for word a site that not only exists, but is known to get something like 700 million visitors a day. It would only cost me $10,000 to start developing this (Edit-Copy-Past) site.

Anybody else get this interesting, unique, unbelievable, once in a lifetime business deal offered to them? The new generation of SPAM -- fist person.
