I couldn't belive myself but it seems it's like that.
Epass don't have cash as it went to investments but they have assets and they are supposed to sell them now as court said.
Attorney i used for this ,Daniel Zahavi won several cases against epassporte and it is agreed that they will pay out the money no later then June 30th 2013 .
I was almost sure that we will never see our money again,but this is nice news indeed
I signed the papers that i agree with terms,and now i can just wait
And yeah btw... they will pay money owned plus interest
