The CAN-SPAM act got watered down to the point it's nearly worthless. Basically, it's illegal to commit fraud via spam, but fraud was already illegal anyway, so can-spam does little.
Sally Rand claims that their spam is in their opinion compliant. That just means they claim they aren't fraudulent, just a regular spamming piece of shit.
Hey Sally Rand, you would probably be a much happier person if rather than constantly making excuses and defending your vile parasitic behavior, you switched to doing something useful.
