PC Mall blows ass
placed a $2k order on May 23rd set for Fedex 2nd day air delivery.
the shit never showed and they never notified me of any problems. So I email. I'm told to call. I call. She spends 20 minutes trying to find the problem, and there isn't one. She releases the order and tells me the shit will go out that day and deliver in 2.
I get nothing.
I check status online yet again. Still no change. I email. Again I am told to call and 'investigate'.
1: Why the fuck should I have to repeatedly investigate their fuckups?
2: Why the fuck, if there is a problem, they can't notify me by email, phone, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, something... and get it straightened out?
I email back and tell them to eat a cock.
Lesson I Learned: PC Mall isn't interested enough to make sure a simple 1 piece order gets shipped. Shop somewhere else.
