If you look up the Gracie diet, it puts foods into categories you can mix and not mix at the same meal.
Personally, I just stick with one type of food per meal, for example, just vegetables, or just fruit, or just yogurt, or just rice. If you eat throughout the day, it's very easy. If you eat a few big meals, it might not be possible and I would suggest following the Gracie diet where there is food mixing allowed, but just certain types.
