It has good things it does: energy (so you get more exercise and get healthier) and it helps to relieve headaches as well.
I used to drink something called "Ultimate Orange" before I hit the gym...it was SUPER STACKED with ephedrine for energy. It kicked ass. Of course the govt. made it illegal.
So lately I've been sucking down an extra strength 5 Hour Energy shot right before I hit the gym and that thing is like drinking liquid cocaine! I have tons of energy and I'm lifting MUCH heavier weights than before too.
I imagine I would be pretty damn tired 24/7 without a lot of caffeine.

My goal is boundless energy not manufactured energy that only lasts for little while. So this week caffeine goes and next week I start my juice fast. I should be fun next week lol
