Go to a Doctor he will give you some Vicodin for the pain if you are just banged up.

If you are pissing or shitting blood or shitting black turds go to a hospital emergency room — you got serious problems.

If your blood pressure is below 80/30 ( or are feeling dizzy — good indicator) call 911 you might be bleeding out. You got a leak or two.
