Well, I guess we are gonna see if that really happens. As I understand it...the "deadlines" have been missed in past times as well and nothing happened. I'm pretty sure this "deadline" to put ourselves in even further debt...er, I mean save the country via raising the "debt ceiling" is just something that they make up anyway. At least that is what all the politicians and ex-administration officials are saying on CNN.
I sure hope you are wrong on this Tony. Because I personally am sickened by the amounts of money they are still borrowing TODAY. Today they will spend about a billion dollars. And they will "only" take in 500 million dollars.
So you see...they aren't even really addressing the real problem: Spending more than they have.
