the fact is, these entitlement programs keep the natives docile..
reform of these programs is a joke because even with the largest overhauls, the savings to the govt is sliver of the budget...

Thing is.. people would die without social programs even if only for a month. The people who actually have no physical of mental ability at all to work for a living either due to sickness, paralysis or old age leaving them up shit creek without a paddle.
