Why no DEBT Reduction Plan agreement yet? Obama wants to "lock in" the 33% increase in Government spending he and the 111th Congress initiated 22 months ago. This is also why they have not yet passed a budget in 2 years - They know that If you knew what they were spending, and on what... you would vote them out of office!
