Despite the charisma overflow emitted by gruffy he DOES have a point: there is a premium for legal protections. Given the nature of Internet law, I wouldn't want to be subpoenaed by another country for an obscentiy trial cuz I wanted to save some $ on design/script construction.
Besides, the Miller standard of obscenity barely protects pornographers here in the US.... it may be wishful thinking that other countries' legal similarity to this standard would translate to the same level of protection
That's why its a probably a good bet to outsource to Eastern Europe and other porn-tolerant countries with really crappy exchange rates. Unfortunately...outsourcing is the future. I just plan to outsource my requirements to jurisdictions that allow for this type of material.
