I've been on a few shoots like I described. They shoot one scene a day, max 2. Unless they have a big location and more crews.
Everything is arranged long before hand by professionals. Models arrive and sit down reading scripts until called for. The crew set about doing the prep work, the make up artist and stylist start to prepare models for the up coming scenes. The whole thing is so professional, it would amaze many here. It's not possible today, for most, because of the budgets porn has.

I suggest you hire the film "Monsters" and watch the behind the scenes video. Here is a feature film shot on a Sony HD camera, with a crew of Sound / camera / producer.
I understand you have had no education, that you do not know anything about, optics, lighting, sound, story, editing. I that is forgivable, but the fact you refuse to learn or listen to anyone else, that you are rude and a bully destroys any sympathy people might have for you.
It may be just about the money for you, and money is important we all need some, but I enjoy photography and film making, its gives me a lot of satisfaction doing something well.
Just as watching good films (such as Czech Cinema which you love to be ignorant of even though you live in their country ) or looking at good photographs.
It is very strange that you have retired, have a great house wife etc, made a shit load of cash....so
