No, I mean taking it to the extreme. Like say as I type this post, I dont think only about what I want to say, but also the speed of my typing, the accuracy of my spelling and how the keys on the keyboard feel as I depress them with my fingers...
Or say washing up the dishes. Not just zoning out and getting the job done, but feeling the dishes in your hands and the suds against your skin and the warmth of the water, and really paying attention to all the minor details that we often forget
