also sounds pretty darn stupid.. you do realise police have entire task forces just for graffiti ?

with normal graffiti it is a bit harder to trace who is responsible .. but with a domain it is kind of easy for them to track you down

when you get busted you have to pay a whole lot of money for clean up and fines
