its 100% done manual no softwares or any automatic trick its manual and done by opening each directory personally and by filling their submissions form
yes i have list we can do a lot of non reciprocals submissions about 250 and if u want more we may need to do reciprocals
for mainstream we can do 1000+ non reciprocal submissions
