What I don't understand is what the hell was he doing around this stranger in the first place? It's not like he was just walking by and he got snatched into a car, he was walking around with him in town first. I was told to stay away from strangers at a real young age, I remember being 4 and having this ingrained into my skull even by then. I'm not trying to point fingers at the kid or his parents really but shit... this sounds like it was preventable.
