It looks like SellHealth offers better products to promote about enlargement stuff. I talked with More Niche rep today and saw their convert table, and More Niche's herbal stuff (like weight loss etc.) converts better than their enlargement stuff.
So I will stick with SellHealth for sometime and see how it will convert
