very true, I always said a big part or maybe the biggest factor in the success of the program are the people involved..no matter how well the system itself is designed, the strength of the products, brands, etc - if the right folks arn't there to help drive, support, evolve the system then you're just spinning your wheels...
we all have finite time, nothing we can do to change that, its just a matter of being there, time management and more specifically with your case, helping guide development teams
that being said, you better not be waiting for anything from us...medically speaking that would make steam shoot out of my ears...
on a side note, considering your hypno-toad sig, see any of season 6 of futurama...the last episode was a winner...
