We didn't GIVE them 30k weapons, we TOOK 30k weapons between 09-10 and out of those 70% were found to originated from the States. Not anything new at all. The issue, is that they didn't stop weapons they knew were going across and we knew were being purchased. Rather they tracked them to see where they went, to see how the flow of weapons worked - for a period of time, then they stopped.
