have you tried explaining to her that you're just not in love with her any more and you're not happy......and no, there is nothing she can do to change that. Don't give her mixed signals trying to spare her feelings. None of that silly 'It's not you it's me or I love you but Im not IN love with you. Just lay it out, apologize and tell her you hope you can remain on good terms (NOT friends). There is just no easy way to do it and her feelings are going to be hurt, but no need to be cruel.
if you have gone through all of that and she is still fighting to keep you start going to strip clubs, get glitter and put a tiny bit inside your underwear and hit on her mom (you always wanted to fuck her even if you didnt) and any other females close to her. That will usually seal the deal but avoid doing that unless she does not get the honesty part
