The beauty of this is that if even 12 big companies step up and do the same that Manwin and Flynt are doing you suddenly have 12 big ass lawyers whittling away at the .XXX lawyers who are finite.
.XXX will simply not be able to sustain the battles, far too much legal $ over a period of time whereas the individual companies will continue to attack them with ease.
Now you might think that these companies just want their .XXX names protected, so they would be willing to let things slide if ICM said okay, we will not allow your domains to be sold and they make a deal.
But I believe that would establish precedent so once they acknowledge that they must protect those trademarks its all over because any companies will beat them again and again all the way down to the last trademarked domain name and ICM will lose untold millions upon millions of dollars.
