I get email lists, basically spammers spamming so I will pay them to spam others. Then it's a mix of join my network, collect your award, or download this file to update your bank account.

It's easy, just click show show source, then forward the email with the headers cut and pasted in the top to
[email protected] and yes I hate spam so it's worth the time. My filters take out hundreds of spams a day I only the report the few that make it though.
