Does Chameleon have enough Free sites to submit to in it's database to make it worthwhile? I used to buy submitter accounts all the time but it is not worth anymore even on high traffic sites. I can't believe so many webmasters are still charging so much. I get accepted to the Hun all the time (which is free) and you are lucky to even get one sale and I have exclusive content.
