I suspect they'd be living quite happily if we'd left them alone without selling them weapons and showing up with HIV-laced vaccines. Personally I'd be more concerned about those who want to wage war against us, even if their IQ's are sky high
Having said that, it is quite crazy that they think Gingers have magic powers, or are they right?
