I read in a recent editorial in the NYTimes that some people are beginning to wonder if the republicans are not intentionally trying to cause a fiscal crisis to help them in their desire to cut domestic programs. When there is a trillion dollar debt and the economy is sinking faster than a BBW with cement shoes, who is going to scream about education cuts?
