But the actual sharing, is when a human presses the button and OK's it. So it's not really Google sharing it, it's people.
They are just the carrier of the spam, they didn't actually choose to send it for you.
So in the end, the person who's spamming you is the one to blame. Not Google. Except maybe blame them for making it so easy and possible, but then lots of companies should be blamed for stuff like this.
