chinese goods= any number of bills and laws signed, mostly beginning with ronnie raygun (japanese steel) and continuing with bush, clinton (nafta) etc allowing for
a)cheap importation of goods
b)subsidizing exportation of factories overseas to make goods for slave wages which are then exported back to the U.S.
i find this story really amazing because as far as chinese goods are concerned, so far china has exported toxic lead contaminated toys and drywall to the u.s. causing millions of dollars in damages, sickness etc.
so they are trusting these people to build a bridge that cars actually go over
