I mean really? For a lot of people, I might do a traffic buy to bump up some of my joins since $100 PPS is profitable, but not at the normal $30 PPS. So your basically saying "screw the traffic buyers".
Why not run the promo with existing webmasters instead? I get that your ensuring the joins are legit and reducing PPS fraud - make it with webmasters who have been with the program for at least 6 months and have sent at least 6 sales (that's 1 legit sale per month).
So in this case, i'll pass, my new network is just starting to take off now (yes newbs, it does take 4-6 months to start getting good SE traffic) - so there no way i'll be able to partake and qualify. Maybe on the next one...

I'm not saying screw the media buyers.. Let's say you do 2 sales during the promo week all I;m asking is you maintain that amount of traffic for a week after. If their is a slight difference I'm sure we can work something out. We are taking a loss on this promo with the idea of making a profit long term...
