C'mon man, you know that wont work...In the US there are so many different people of mixed or other ethnicities that closely resemble "Middle eastern" appearances that you can never profile anyone in this country without it becoming even more of a clogged mess.
Many Mexican and Latinos from central and s. America can pass for "Middle eastern". Also, a good friend of mine is 100% Italian from Italy and looks more middle eastern then European. This is where the problem lies. Not to mention, you start focusing only on "Brown" people and the terrorists get some douche bag like andrew Gahan (sp?), the white American born terrorist, to blow shit up .
So at the end of the day there is no right way to do this.
That said...the TSA is horribly run and still has not uniformed searching parameters and procedures. Each US airport still has their own variations.
I hate flying only because of the TSA...that's my rant for the day .
