Joe Rogan was talking about this kind of stuff on his podcast one day. He was saying that you could be a kid totally in love with someone like Barbara Bach from Dukes of Hazzard. You would cut off your finger to have sex with her. Then, as you both get older, there's a crossover point where you become the one she would beg to have sex with, and you wouldn't touch her with a 10 foot pole.
