Bullshit.

You want a corporation, I can set one up for you but what you do with it is up to you.

I merely prefer little historical quotations to links in my sig. People who want to use my service are welcome to do so; those who don't can go to someplace like Legal Zoom and pay five times the price before they are done. There is nothing "scammy" or illegal about setting up a corporation in my state but there are some interesting advantages and for the most part, the Average Joe; that is, someone a a couple of levels above you on the evolutionary ladder, Banger, can't do it on his/her own.

In my state no business license is required, no insurance, no Social Security Number, no EIN (You can look up that one!) and only one director is required. I use the same online form that lawyers use but the tricks are these:

You have to have a Registered Agent PHYSICALLY located within the state of incorporation and a P.O. Box won't do, so you could use the online form but you'd have to PAY someone for registered agent service..............and that is the point at which the other companies rape you. Some give you RA service for 6 months, which is illegal but the do it anyway, then come back at the end of the 6 months and chage you punitively to continue.

I provide one year of registered agent service, included in the setup cost, with no strings attached.

I provide both a physical and mailing address included in the setup fee.

Most other companies charge extra for bylaws. I include a rather nifty set of bylaws with my service.

Some setup companies charge you out the ass for an EIN; I charge very little and have actually been known to throw in the EIN for free. No matter who sets up a corporation, the basic configuration is always the same. A corporation is a business entity, kind of like a Chevy. You can put 22" wheels, a gold plated grille and trim on the thing but underneath, it is still a Chevy. You tweak the corporation though internal corporate reolutions and modifications to the bylaws, just like Ford, GM, Walmart and any other big corporation does.

What people do with the corporationis I set up for them is not my concern. I only file the forms at a fair and reasonable cost.

End of lesson; Corporations 101.[/QUOTE]

Hey Sally, got any hot stocks you're pushing now??? What can you do about my flaccid penis? How can I get Vicodin without a prescription? How about a penis extender...you have information on that? Do you know any Nigerian bankers that have an account of a dead foreign diplomat they need to transfer the funds to???? Do you know how I can work at home for $8,000 a day working 10 minutes a week????
