So with that logic, are you arguing that Johannes Mehserle shouldn't have been prosecuted or convicted for shooting Oscar Grant in the back at point-blank range? Are you arguing that police should be able to confiscate video cameras for recording them breaking people's faces and pumping people's vehicles full of lead? They do it under the guise of "confiscating evidence"... evidence that would likely be used against them.

What if they were pumping your car full of lead? Think they should have the right to disallow people their First Amendment rights for trying to protect you? How about when Chicago Police were caught anally raping people with toilet plungers, almost to the point that people died?

Are you condoning LE's contempt and disregard for the law they seek to "enforce"?
