there's JuicyAds , no experience with them much, but you can't pick and choose if you want CPM or CPC banners, they do it for you automatically

There's AdXpansion - your banners will be CPC, you can choose image or text banners with thumb, or text IM ads with thumb. I'm an advertiser there and CPCs go as high as around $0.30 cents per click or more I think, the text ads are very hot at the moment as well surfers seem to love clicking on them a lot

I just tested a site with BlackLabelAds last week - they let you choose if you want text or image ads and my eCPM at the moment is around $5 per 1000

There's Ero-Advertising which has quite a bit of options you can choose from - banners, popups, blind links. The only problem I found with them as a publisher is figuring out how much they take. They charge their advertisers in Euros so you'll have to test and see if they beat the rest of the ad networks or not
