This cooling off period seems strange to me. Most online retailers offer refunds anyway, forcing policies like this doesn't seem good for anyone involved.

i guess they want to force ALL online retailers to offer refunds - to weed out the black sheep
or more the other way round: all consumers get the same rights no matter where they buy
