I'm just guessing here, but I would think that models being under contract would be an issue between the contracted parties, rather than 3rd parties. Tortuous interference would probably require someone intentionally knowing there is a contract in place, saying fuck the contract, who cares, and convincing the model to break it. (Hearing on a forum that all girls are under contract seems a little far reaching and vague. Parties subject to a contract are the ones obligated to uphold it, not the world at large that may or may not be aware of what is contained within the contract).
If a model were contacted via Facebook, accepted a gig, and never identified to a shooter that they were under contract, I'm not sure that an agency has recourse against a producer; probably only against the model.
I'm just sayin.....
But then again, I could be 100% wrong... who knows.
