You can setup a honeypot with no problems on any linux box. Any other *nix will do the work too.
You will need to install some extra software and make a "special" setup but that's all, then plug it to you network and put a sniffer in the middle and stay watching h4x0r kids having fun.
Also you can simulate a h4x0r bot, so when it gets "hacked" it appears like some other h4x0r has taken the box before. It's funny to see how these guys start killing processes and deleting the supposed bots, so you get a h4x0r defending your own honeypot against your bot.
The best laught I got was one when I setup an entire honeypot system loading in a ram disk, so when the h4x0r executed rm -rf /* the box reloaded the ram drive and almost ignored the destruction attempt. That guy tried to delete about 50 times the server root even seing that it was reloading every time he deleted it. Pretty funny
