In actual fact though, Paxum was incorporated in 2007, well before the fall of epassporte.
When epassporte developed issues, Paxum was at a full enough stage of completion that yes, we were able to seize the opportunity presented to us and we launched in order to fill the void that was created.
Personally I believe there is a difference.
