It really depends on how you feel about your girl.
If you want to get more intimate and connected with her physically, and that is what she's really after too, than yeah, its definitely worth it.
If its all about performance, and she's just trying to get all clinical and weird about sex because of something one of her friends said- which unfortunately happens sometimes...
you should probably find another girl, because this one isn't going to respect the tantra anyway.
