I really doubt it, it didn't work as a bar since early-mid 90s, then became a shithole mix of drug-dealing, sale of stolen objects and a place to find thugs until it was "cleaned" by the people who are there now (Asamblea del Pueblo), a social organization working mainly with children and extremely poor people.
