Can I hire one for the "we need a job, find us one" or do they only find employees for employers???

What do they charge, a couple of grand? I think it'd be worth it... We're trying to get around to getting her resume done and all.. If they want a couple grand, fine, but do they want it before she's in a position? I would pay it AFTER she's in something, only.

I'm going to have it professionally done, at the very least. A nice short resume that properly highlights her strengths could be worth an extra 10k / yr or more. What's $100 or so for having it done? Worth it!
