Wouldn't suprise me if they did have the highest density of gangs in the world to be honest. I've never been to Vancouver but it looks like an Ugly/Lovely city (if you know what I mean)
See it on the tv sometimes and it looks lovely, then you see things on the news and different programs (mostly the crime/gang type programs) Where it just looks like a toilet.
No disrespect to any Vancouverites. But your city is looks like heaven and hell rolled into one. Like I said, never been there so my thoughts could easily be very wrong.
