That's probably exactly what they are as a group anyway. I would guess that they are all kids or at least very young guys and that they are excited about what they are doing and feeling pretty "powerful".
I would say that they will all get caught. But hell...look at how long it took to find Bin Laden.
So these guys will probably grow out of this and get real jobs and wives and kids and leave this all behind and be replaced by the next group of kids in a few years and never get caught.
